We work alongside your appointed contractors while maintaining an independent focus on the agreed scope of work and the condition of your building throughout the project.
What Remediation Supervision Involves
The level of supervision required depends on the scale and complexity of the project. Our involvement may include:
- Reviewing the proposed remediation plan and scope before work begins
- Attending site at agreed project stages to review progress and conditions
- Monitoring whether works are being carried out in line with the agreed scope
- Identifying concerns or scope changes that could affect the outcome and raising these with the client
- Communicating with contractors and project teams while maintaining our independent role
- Reviewing completed work to confirm whether further action is required

Why Independent Supervision Matters
Remediation projects commonly involve several parties, including property owners, facilities teams, contractors, insurers, and other professionals. Having an independent specialist involved provides an additional layer of technical oversight that is separate from the commercial interests of the parties carrying out the work.
Our role is to represent the technical interests of the project. We do not carry out remediation work ourselves.
